Gaige McIntyre — Field Maintenance Technician
Gaige joined the Akron-Canton Airport team a few years ago and has quickly established himself as a leader. One area where he’s shown outstanding initiative is during winter weather operations, serving as lead broom to set the pace and pattern for the team. This ensures our runways remain clear and safe, keeping our community moving even in challenging conditions.
Gaige finds his work engaging and enjoys the airfield environment — rain, snow, or shine. His commitment to the community extends beyond CAK, too, as he serves on the coaching staff for Rootstown High School football.
Gaige, thank you for your dedication and the tremendous impact you make every day. We’re grateful to have you on the team.
