ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF REHABILITATION AND CRACK SEAL OF TAXIWAY F AT THE AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT

Sealed proposals for the construction of Rehabilitation and Crack Seal of Taxiway F Contract will be received at the Akron-Canton Airport Terminal until April 6, 2021, 10:00am, local time. The bids will be received and publicly opened and read aloud at that date and time. Bids can be dropped off at the Akron-Canton Airport’s 2nd Floor Board Room. Bids received after April 6, 2021, 10:00am will not be accepted.

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF REHABILITATE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST GA APRONS AND TAXILANES AT THE AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT

Sealed proposals for the construction of Rehabilitate Northeast and Southeast GA Aprons and Taxilanes Contract will be received at the Akron-Canton Airport Terminal until April 6, 2021, 10:30am local time. The bids will be received and publicly opened and read aloud at that date and time. Bids submitted after 10:30am local time on April 6, 2021 will not be accepted. 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SIGNAGE UPGRADES PROGRAM - PHASE 2 DESIGN-BUILD OF STREET NAME SIGNS AT AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT

The Akron-Canton Airport is hereby soliciting request of qualifications from experienced design-build entities for the DESIGN-BUILD OF STREET NAME SIGNS AT AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT. Pre-bid conference (April 16, 2021 at 1:30pm in the terminal Conference Rooms 1 & 2). 

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

Akron-Canton Airport has an established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for businesses that are certified as socially or economically disadvantaged in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations, 49 CFR Part 26. CAK receives Federal financial assistance from the USDOT through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) primarily for airport construction projects. As a condition of than financial assistance, CAK will ensure that DBE-certified businesses have an equal opportunity to compete for and to enter into contracts with the airport.
