Welcome to Inside CAK

Hi, and welcome to our new website. I am the Customer Service Manager for the Akron-Canton Airport. As you probably can guess my job covers a variety of duties here at the airport. But ultimately it comes down to one thing, you the customer. We strive to keep our facility clean, modern, inexpensive and convenient for the traveling public. All of us here work to create an experience that brings you back with a smile. So along the road as I discuss different topics about CAK, feel free to give me your input as to how we can do better. Also keep in mind that the vast majority of employees that work here are not airport employees but work for airlines or rental car companies. Not only do we offer the lowest average fare of all ohio airports, but we also offer outstanding customer amendities.

That being said I think we all feel that customers are our livelihood and therefore we strive to make the airport “a better way to go” for all of you. I look forward to helping you navigate our facility and to keeping you informed of topics of interest.
