Visit to Toledo Express
On Friday I traveled west on a field trip to visit the Toledo Express Airport. The purpose of the visit was to view their new inline baggage system for checked luggage. As usual, when I got there I found Paul Toth and Kris Nichter doing all sorts of creative things to help make the experience better for their passengers.
Piece by piece, they are literally rebuilding their terminal in order to stay ahead of the game and be ready for the next opportunity when it arises. Paul and Kris bring great energy and enthusiasm to their jobs and the results show!
