In August, a total of 153,976 passengers graced our doors making it the 3rd consecutive month that more than 150,000 Customers traveled through the airport. It doesn’t really matter how you say thanks, the Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) couldn’t feel more grateful towards the 154,772 Customers who traveled to/from CAK during the month of July. This monthly record also marks the best month in the airport’s 64-year history, set just last month (June 2011).Compared to July 2010, the airport hosted nearly 8,000 more passengers this year, a 5.4 percent increase.
