More and more travelers are trying CAK and we are eager to make a great first impression. We work hard to offer a relaxing customer experience and we were recently commended for our efforts. At the World Class Customer Service Awards, CAK won for Best Experience. It is great to be recognized for the outstanding job our airport team and partners do, but it doesn't mean we can rest on our laurels. We are as committed as ever to make things even better at CAK.
Offering more flight options is one way to make things better for travelers. That's why we are so thrilled that on top of additional flights to Milwaukee and New York's LaGuardia airport,AirTran Airways will now offer 11 weekly trips to Orlando (compared with 7 last year). Customers also love low fares. So we were delighted to see that CAK ranks as the 7th most affordable airport in the entire US, according to CheapFlights.com
Finally, we continue to make things even better by adding jobs, income and taxes to the region. Check out the story below regarding our recently released economic impact study. We love giving back to our local area in such a big way during such tough times.
