The wind is at our back as we head into 2010. Already we have celebrated new service to Milwaukee aboard SkyWest Airlines in partnership with AirTran Airways; went out to bid for the final phase of our 5/23 extension and safety upgrade; reappointed two dedicated board members- Beth Houseman and Richard Kempthorn; and helped lots of our 5,000+ Facebook fans relax with free massage coupons.
As the economy continues to recover, we look forward to a rebound in travel across the country and the globe. At CAK, we are thankful for strong support from travelers throughout our region, which helped us achieve our second best passenger numbers in history last year. Our customers like our low fares, affordable and close parking, and relaxing airport experience. Those fundamentals remain as true as ever and we are steadfast in our commitment to them.
We have a lot on our plate in 2010, but with a strong tailwind, excellent air carriers and a commitment to customer care, we think this is going to be one heck of a year at your airport. Thanks for making CAK a better way to go.
