AirTran Airways brings back non-stop service

Green, OH: Get down and boogie on a Saturday night in Ft. Lauderdale! Beginning February 16, 2008, AirTran Airways is bringing back nonstop service to Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FLL) from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) every Saturday until April 6.
"We are thrilled that AirTran Airways is bringing back its popular weekend nonstop service to Ft. Lauderdale," said marketing & communications director Kristie VanAuken. "Nothing takes the edge off of Ohio’s cold winter days like warm sandy beaches and palm trees. And because AirTran offers every day low fares, you’ll really feel like ‘getting down’ on a Saturday night."
If Ft. Lauderdale isn’t your bag but you can’t get enough of Florida, AirTran Airways also flies nonstop from CAK to Orlando, Tampa and Ft. Myers. AirTran Airways offers business class seating on every flight with XM satellite radio aboard their comfy, new Boeing jets.
The following Saturday nonstop flight options will be available between Akron/Canton and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., beginning Saturday, February 16.
Flight 423 departs from CAK at 11:25 a.m. and arrives at FLL at 2:00 p.m.
Flight 422 departs from FLL at 8:15 a.m. and arrives at CAK at 10:52 a.m.
