Changes are afoot on our board. Our friend John Fellows, who served as a trustee for 15 years, has passed away. John led an extraordinary life of service and commitment to his country, his family, his work and his community, and he will be missed.
I would also like to offer my thanks to Lucinda Weiss for her years of positive contributions to the airport during her service on our board. Her term expired in March.
Finally, I’d like to welcome Mark Clark, who has assumed Lucinda’s seat on our board. A vice president at FirstEnergy, Mark brings a wealth of administrative and management expertise to our board. We are delighted to welcome him to CAK.
