WHAT: Kyle King, Bluffton Ball Player and Parents Arrive at CAK
WHEN:Monday, March 12, 2007 - 3:26 p.m. aboard AirTran Airways flight 198
WHERE: Akron-Canton Airport- Gate Concourse
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Please RVSP by 1:30 P.M. with full names (including middle initial) of ALL persons coming to the airport for this flight.
Please arrive at the airport visitor information center by 2:30 p.m. for media check-in. CAK staff will escort you to a media staging area in the gates. The family has requested that Kristy Steves, Channel 8 News, ask three questions of Kyle and his parents on behalf of all media present in the terminal today. Kristy will carry mics for all media outlets present. Media will not be allowed on the ramp or in the jet bridge as Kyle gets off the airplane and is transported from the airport.
All media must go through airport screening prior to being escorted to the gates. Please bring a valid government issued ID and your media credentials.
