It’s time to fly to New York!
I had lunch with my friend Jilly today, to plan our 29 hour stay in Manhattan. I love girl trips like this. Jill and I share the same birthday, except she’s two years older than me (doesn’t look it though). So to celebrate we decided on a quick overnight in New York City. This will be her first trip which adds to the excitement.
We are staying at a boutique hotel called the Chambers, near Central Park. Jill checked out some websites and found out that the hotel restaurant is actually very good. We’ve decided not to map out too much of our trip, to just take it slow and enjoy the big city. With one exception, we want to visit Greenwich Village.
Of course, we’ll be flying AirTran Airways nonstop from Akron-Canton to New York’s LaGuardia Airport. The flight takes about an hour, giving us a full day to explore, rejuvenate and forget about life in Ohio for awhile. Oh yes, thanks to AirTran's low fares, I'll still have a some spending money for those big "end of season" clearance sales on 5th Ave! If you have any ideas about must see sites in the Big Apple, let me know (as long as they don’t require lots of advance planning)!

That sounds like a lot of fun... I have some good news too. It seems like CAK hasn't seen the end of me just yet! Well at least for now I may have reasons to fly back there but for now, Erin (My love from Manchester Ohio) might come see me here at CYYZ and so I'm hoping for the best :)
I sure miss CAK and fiming all my take offs and landings at the airport. Look up my name at www.flightlevel350.com William P. Sedef and you'll see the collection of videos I have uploaded there already.
I look forward to coming back to the best regional airport in the country!
