Hilton Garden Inn - Coming soon!
Besides all the new and exciting things that are happening at our facility, there is a brand-spanking-new hotel that’s nearing completion, just opposite our driveway at 5251 Landmark Blvd. North Canton, Ohio 44720. The new Hilton Garden Inn at the Akron-Canton Airport is a exciting new addition which will add a additional option for those who drive from out of town or need meeting areas for conferences. This 121 room facility will be the cornerstone of a approximately 20 acre business and entertainment development.
The Hilton will be a state of the art facility, with features like flat screen TV’s, complimentary WI/FI ,Great American Grill, serving all three meal times, and indoor pool and whirlpool. A 25,000 square ft. meeting and banquet space can accommodate 200 quests. Shuttle service will also be available within a 3 miles radius of the hotel. For those wishing to stay there and fly out of CAK, you may also park there for free. Scheduled to open November 2, the place sure looks beautiful from Interstate 77.
Eventually this area will have additional eateries, possibly a gas station, for handy fill up of rental cars, and other businesses. We are thrilled to have this development at our door step and look forward to the continued development of the property. Well that's pretty comical I was just writing a comment/essay to Kristie about free wifi in hotels and airports and how it should be complimentary... It seems as the CAK goodness is spreading arround the area.. Good job!

That is absolutely great news for CAK. Congrats and keep up the great work. Although you are a regional airport with less congestion, you sure know how to bring the big city feel to flying!
