Canton Really Shines During Hall of Fame Festival
Start your engines football fans, the season is off and running! It’s officially pre-season and I can’t wait to see the big boys hit the gridiron. What? I like football, kind of. Well my husband likes it and so I must endure the game.
It is a game inextricably linked to Canton, Ohio, half of our name sake. It is the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and nothing makes us more proud. Each year a new class of football legions gets inducted into the Hall and this community really celebrates. From, parades, hot air balloons, concerts and fireworks, the week leading up to the induction is a blast. Put it on your calendar now for next year, because hotel rooms go fast.
AirTran Airways, now the official airline of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, had a very cool and lovable airplane balloon in the grand parade. Their banner read “block and tackle high fares.” Cute tie-in to the whole “football” theme. It is a great reminder though, thatAirTran keeps fares low in Northeast Ohio.
