Elizabeth and I just had two awesome days in Denver with Team Frontier Airlines. We go out there every year for our annual “check-up” on all things CAK. We talked about advertising, sales, revenue management, philosophy, costs, kids, fun promotions and what it means to be true partners.

Let me tell you that Frontier Airlines knows what it means to be a true partner. We have stuck together through thick and thin. When they needed a cost reduction, we obliged. When we needed time to get more suits on the airplane, they obliged.

We couldn’t help but gush gratitude for such excellent service out west. Frontier Airlines offers an exceptional product that is only getting better. The just launched an innovative new pricing system called Air Fairs. It essentially takes the guess work out of air travel pricing. They also have an excellent ski product – frontierskivacations.com - and the flights to get you to the most beautiful mountain resorts in the U.S. Plus, they have a skilled new management team that genuinely loves working at a smaller airline and understands the financial realities of a very competitive airline industry.
