Elizabeth and I just had two awesome days in Denver with Team Frontier Airlines. We go out there every year for our annual "check-up" on all things CAK. We talked about advertising, sales, revenue management, philosophy, costs, kids, fun promotions and what it means to be true partners.

I was so tickled to find out that a mom from Portland, OR ,had a wonderful CAK experience recently.
What really impressed her was our breast feeding station. Now... I should reveal that I strongly believe that a mom should be able to feed her child any place any time. It is the most natural thing to do really.

CAK/US Airways wins bid for DCA slots!

The US DOT awarded US Airways slots to fly CAK-DCA. I need to pinch myself, I am so excited! Rick came into our marketing/ communications planning meeting yesterday afternoon to tell me. I was already feeling good…cuz of all the good ideas my staff was bringing to my attention…but I literally jumped up and down when he delivered the big news.

It is hard to believe that another week is coming to a close here at CAK. I recently moved into Rick's old office and now, I have an incredible view of the sun setting beyond our runways. It is so magnificent!

I had the pleasure of taking in Dr. Luis Proenza's state of the university (of Akron) speech today in downtown Akron. It was fantastic!
