Addendum to LA blog post

Posted on 08/08/2008

We are thrilled that the Akron and Canton Convention and Visitors Bureaus helped us promote the region and attract business travelers at the NBTA Convention. They are a fantastic addition to our team of cheerleaders, that’s for sure! Mary Vlahos from Canton, actually donned a referee shirt and managed our Akron-Canton Football Challenge contest. Thanks, Mary!

Of course, there are tons of great reasons to come to the Central/ Southern parts of Cleveland+-- Akron and Canton-- including reasonable room rates, beautiful parks, world class attractions (like the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Bridgestone Invitational), and one heck of an airport.

It was silly of me not to mention them in the original blog post about the trip. Sorry guys! That’s what I get for posting before 7:00 a.m. and before a tall cup of joe.
